Kendall Eddy is a musician (acoustic and electric bassist, arranger, composer and music teacher) living in Brooklyn, NY. A graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music, he has performed in 30 of the United States, as well as Italy, Japan, Norway, Canada, and throughout the Caribbean.
Over the past decade, Kendall has gained a reputation as a creative and versatile sideman in a broad spectrum of musical situations, including small and large ensemble jazz (Carmen Staaf Trio, Kevin Harris Project, Ayn Inserto Jazz Orchestra), symphonic and chamber music (Brockton Symphony Orchestra, MIT Wind Ensemble), world and folk music (Newpoli, Tev Stevig’s Kafana), and pop (Racing Heart). Kendall was bassist and a founding member of the educational/theatrical jazz ensemble the Quartet of Happiness, which is dedicated to bringing jazz to a new generation of listeners through community outreach.
